  1. First Assessment Round

Our recruiters will review your skills and experience to see how they align with the role. If you are a strong match, they may reach out for a quick chat before sharing your application with the hiring manager. If the fit is not perfect, we will inform you of the outcome, and you can register your interest for future roles.

  1. Interview

If shortlisted, we will schedule interviews with the hiring team. The process typically includes:

  • A HR interview
  • An interview with the hiring manager
  • A meeting with a senior leader or team members, depending on the role

Interviews include both technical and behavioural questions to assess your skills, experience, and fit. Tips for a successful interview:

  • Be clear on why you want to join Cubico
  • Highlight your key achievements and relevant experience
  • Research your interviewers to be prepared

You may also complete a technical assessment to showcase your expertise. Remember, interviews are a chance to assess if Cubico is the right fit for your career growth—so ask questions about our culture, values, and commitment to ESG and sustainability.

We are an inclusive employer committed to diversity and equal opportunity. If you need any adjustments at any stage of the process, please let us know.

  1. Interview Feedback

Whether successful or not, we will provide you with feedback. If we feel you are better suited for another role, we will let you know.

  1. Offer Process

If you are successful, our HR team will send you a competitive offer, including details on salary, benefits, and bonuses. We are here to support you through onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into Cubico.

  1. Early Careers/Graduate Hiring

For graduate roles, the process may include additional assessments or an assessment centre to evaluate your strengths and potential. Be yourself and approach the tasks with authenticity.
